Accessing the Admin Panel
How to log into the Strapi admin panel and navigate the dashboard.
Logging In
The Strapi admin panel is accessible at your dedicated Strapi URL. You will receive your login credentials from your administrator.
- Open your browser and navigate to your Strapi admin URL
- Enter your email and password
- Click Log in
The Admin Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll see the Strapi admin dashboard. The key areas are:
Content Manager
This is where you spend most of your time. The Content Manager lets you:
- View all your Courses and Lessons
- Create new content
- Edit existing content
- Publish or unpublish items
Access it from the left sidebar by clicking Content Manager.
Media Library
The Media Library stores all uploaded files like course thumbnails and images used in lesson content. You can:
- Upload new images
- Browse existing media
- Delete unused files
Navigation
The left sidebar provides quick access to all sections. The most important links for course management are:
- Content Manager → Courses
- Content Manager → Lessons
- Media Library
