If you encounter an issue not covered in this documentation, here's how to get support.
Before Reaching Out
- Check this documentation — Many common questions are answered in the guides above
- Check the FAQ — Common issues and solutions are listed there
- Try the basics — Save your changes, refresh the page, wait 60 seconds for cache to clear
Contacting Support
If you need direct assistance:
- Email your administrator or support team with a description of the issue
- Include details such as:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The name of the course or lesson affected
- Screenshots if possible
Reporting a Bug
If something isn't working as expected on the platform:
- Note the exact steps to reproduce the issue
- Take a screenshot or screen recording
- Note the browser you're using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
- Send this information to your support contact
Feature Requests
If you'd like to see new functionality added to the platform, share your ideas with your administrator. Common requests are tracked and prioritized for future development.
